My Story

Hi, I’m Fabiana, the founder of Declutter & Tidy Aus . I’m originally from Brazil and have been living in Australia for the past seven years.

Back in Brazil, I worked as a sales assistant and always loved organising the stockroom and setting up merchandise displays. Looking back, that’s when I realised that a natural passion for organising.

When I moved to Australia, I began working as a cleaner, but I quickly noticed my interest went beyond cleaning. I always focused on how to make each home more organised, practical, and calming.

After more than six years in the calming industry, I decided to follow my heart and take the next step - becoming a professional organiser.

Since then, I’ve completed training in home organisation, and I’ve also studied how to better support people living with disabilities and mental health challenges.

I truly believe that everyone deserves to live in a space that feels peaceful, supportive, and easy to maintain. Now, through Declutter & Tidy, I help people create beautiful, functional homes that bring clarity and calm to everyday life.

What services do you offer?

I specialise in decluttering, home organisation, moving house assistance, paper organisation, and guest room setup.

How much do your services cost?

I charge per session. Since every space and every person’s needs are different, I provide personalised quotes after understanding your home. My goal is to create the right system for you, please contact me and we can have a chat.

Do I need a consultation before booking?

Yes! We can have a quick chat over the phone before your session to go over your needs.

Do you have experience as a cleaner?

Yes! I was a cleaner for over six years, so I understand what your home needs to be both clean and organised.

How long does a session take?

It depends on the size of the space and how much decluttering is needed.

A 4-hour session is perfect for 1–2 smaller areas (like a pantry or linen cupboard).

A 7-hour session is ideal for 2–3 smaller spaces or larger areas such as a full kitchen or walk-in wardrobe.

Do you only do decluttering?

Yes, definitely! Decluttering is a big part of my service, but I also set up organising systems that suit your lifestyle. Contact me and we can discuss your needs.

What can you organise?

I can organise everything! From wardrobes and pantries to kitchens, laundry rooms, garages, and paperwork. Just tell me what’s on your mind, and I’ll do the rest.

Do you provide storage solutions?

Yes! I can provide everything you need. If you’d like me to do the shopping for storage products, my fee is $40. For an IKEA shopping trip, the fee is $100.

Do you provide labels?

Yes! I create custom labels with my Cricut Joy and Niimbot. Labels are included in whole-home packages and available as an add-on for other sessions.

Do you remove unwanted items?

Yes! I can take large bags of recycling and donations at the end of the session.

Do you charge a travel fee?

If you’re within 20 km of Broadbeach (4218), there’s no extra charge. For locations beyond that, a travel fee applies.

Can you travel outside the Gold Coast?

Yes! I can travel to other cities as well. Travel and ticket costs are covered by the customer.

How do I book a session?

Important Information

Labels

Basic labels are included in selected sessions. Custom Vinyl labels and additional labelling can be separately, if desired.

Storage Solutions

Storage solutions such as containers, baskets, and organising products are not included in session pricinng. If you’d like support sourcing theses items, I'm happy to assist. A shopping fee applies.

Packing Materials

Packing materials are not included and can be arranged separately if required.

Time & Pricing

The time required depends on the size of the space and the volume of items. Additional time can be arranged if needed and is charge at the standard hourly rate

Moving Support

Moving support includes unpacking and setting up your belongings in the correct areas. Full organising services (such as categorising or creating custom system) can be added after unpacking and quotes separately.

Travel

Travel fees apply for locations more than 20 km from Broadbeach (4218).

Everything is discussed clearly before we begin, so you always know what to expect.
